Members Telecom provides billing, fault reporting and account enquiries through its Customer Service Department. The Members Telecom Customer Service Team is employed by the company and form an integral part of our headquarters operation in South Melbourne, Australia. Customer Service can be contacted on 1300 724 480 and the standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm AEST. You can also contact Customer Service after hours for any service faults by calling 1300 724 480 and leaving a message on our After Hours service – we will action your call first thing when business resumes and respond to you through our automated ticketing system.

Our provisioning process ensures that our new customers are not required to take any action or become directly involved in the transfer of their services to Members Telecom. There is no need for you or your staff to notify any of your current service providers as Members Telecom Customer Service actions all of these requirements on your behalf.
Members Telecom is a member of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), and was awarded CommCom Membership 2013 as a result of meeting compliance documentation under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code C628:2012 which was introduced in 2013.
The TIO is an office of last resort for complaints about telecommunication services. If you do have an issue we are dedicated to resolving it within a timely fashion so all we ask is if you do have a complaint, please give us the opportunity to resolve it before going to the TIO.
