Our origins date back to 1998 when the telecommunication industry first deregulated, and our Directors were amongst the first independent Service Providers.
Our business model enables us to provide our clients with independent advice and best outcome whole of business solutions designed and tailored for their business.
With our own local customer service team operating from our South Melbourne Head Office, billing platform, and carrier supported service level agreements, you never have to get in a long phone queue again!
Members Telecom is a member of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), and was awarded CommCom Membership 2013 as a result of meeting compliance documentation under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code C628:2012 which was introduced in 2013.
