Members Telecom provides billing, fault reporting and account enquiries through its Customer Service Department. The Members Telecom Customer Service Team is employed by the company and form an integral part of our headquarters operation in South Melbourne, Australia. Customer Service can be contacted on 1300 724 480 and the standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm AEST.

Our provisioning process ensures that our new customers are not required to take any action or become directly involved in the transfer of their services to Members Telecom. There is no need for you or your staff to notify any of your current service providers as Members Telecom Customer Service actions all of these requirements on your behalf. There is no additional fee or cost for us to provide this changeover service.
